Who we are

A Medicare and Medicaid certified agency that's been in Ohio homes for more than 25 years.

Med1Care is a home health care company based at 1225 Corporate Drive in Holland, with a second office on South Main Street in Findlay and a Lambertville, Michigan office on the way. Families call us when a parent needs help after a hospital stay, when a child needs speech therapy at home, or when the daily basics have gotten hard to manage alone.

Coverage

Medicare, Medicaid, and most private plans

We're a Medicare and Medicaid certified provider and we work with Passport, waiver programs, and most private insurance, and private duty care is available if you'd rather pay directly. Medicare covers home health only when a doctor orders it. If you're not sure what you qualify for, call us first. We'll tell you straight before any paperwork starts.
