Med1Care offers Medical Social Work services, coordinated via our Registered Nurse Case Manager, the client’s physician, and therapists. These services may include supportive counseling, grief counseling, and assistance with networking social support programs.
Social workers assist clients with achieving a higher level of independence by matching them to support providers for things like delivered meals, transportation services, senior centers, etc.
Med1Care wants to help all of our clients achieve their goals and maintain their desired level of independence. All of our support staff from Nursing Case Managers to Therapists or Social Workers have the same objectives for our clients to achieve maximum independence and comfort in their homes.
