All current employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus for any employee referred to Med1Care, and of its divisions, or subsidiaries. Once than employee has completed 480 hour of service for Med1Care the referral bonus will be given. The new referral must list the source of the referral on the application at the time it is submitted. The bonus structure is as follows:
Referral bonus for STNA’s:
- First four referrals you receive a $75.00 referral bonus.
- Five-Nine referrals you receive a $125.00 referral bonus.
- Ten + Referrals you receive a $200.00 referral bonus.
Referral bonus for RN’s/LPNs:
- First five referrals you receive a $100.00 referral bonus.
- Five + Referrals you receive a $200.00 referral bonus.
Employee of the Year:
Once a year, Med1Care names on employee “Employee of the Year”. The Winner receives a plaque recognizing their achievements and a check for $500.00.
Med1Care may sponsor one dedicated individual per year to receive a sponsorship to attend STNA classes at no charge. Individual must have a strong desire to enter the healthcare industry, and have a solid work history, with passion to care for the elderly. You may nominate any candidates by contacting your local Med1Care office. Some restrictions do apply.
